Your first visit
What to bring, what to wear, and what you will leave with.
Your first visit
One hour. You leave with a diagnosis you understand, exercises you can do tonight, and a plan with an end date.
Tell us the story
How it happened, what it stops you doing, and what you want to get back to. We book an hour so nobody is rushed.
Get tested, not guessed
Strength, range, balance and movement, measured and written down, so progress is a number rather than a feeling.
Start treatment the same day
Hands-on work, the first two or three exercises, and a plain explanation of what is going on.
Leave with a plan
How many visits, what you do between them, what it costs with your insurance, and when you can expect to run, lift or work again.
Before you arrive
We text you a short intake form after you book. Fill it in before your visit if you can, so we spend the hour on you rather than on paperwork.
Bring:
- Photo ID and your insurance card
- Any imaging reports, surgical notes or referral letters
- The shoes you run, hike or work in, if the problem involves your legs
- A list of medications
What the hour looks like
- The story. How it happened, what it stops you doing, what you have already tried.
- The measurements. Range of motion, strength, balance, and movement tests specific to your problem. Everything is recorded.
- The explanation. What we think is going on, in plain language, and whether anything needs a doctor first.
- Treatment. Hands-on work to settle things down, and the first two or three exercises, done with us watching.
- The plan. How many visits, what to do at home, what it costs with your insurance, and the target numbers for discharge.
Paying for care
We are in network with most major plans and Medicare, and we check your benefits before the first visit so you know the cost per session in advance. If you would rather not use insurance, or your plan limits visits, we offer a flat self-pay rate for a full hour.
In network with
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

Common questions
What should I wear?
Clothes you can move in. Shorts for anything below the waist, a tank top or loose t-shirt for shoulders and neck. We have a changing room if you are coming from work.
Will the first visit include treatment?
Yes. After the assessment you get hands-on treatment and your first exercises the same day. Nobody leaves with just a diagnosis.
Can I come straight after surgery?
Yes, as soon as your surgeon clears you, which is often within a few days. Bring your surgical protocol if you have one, or tell us the surgeon's name and we will request it.

Get back to it. Book a visit in Fort Collins.
New patients are usually seen within a few days. No referral needed.
